The Cannonball Winter 5k starts on Wednesday November 27th.
We’ve been talking to the organiser, John Lloyd, about junior entries to this race series (thanks to Andy Bradley & Jason for setting the ball rolling) and he’s very keen. He’s agreed to put on some junior prizes and to give a free buff to all entrants. Because it’s classed as a road race and is insured by UKA there is a strict minimum age limit of 11 on race day.
It’s worth pointing out that it’ll be dark! Pre entry to the series makes it much easier for the organiser on the night, it also guarantees you a free head torch and reflective bands (which you have to pay for separately if you enter single races or on the night).
